    May 28 Happy Memorial Day! Hello Everyone,
I wanted to come by and post a blog to wish you all a Safe and Fun Memorial Day! I am just going to be hanging around the house with my girls, and relaxing for a change. I've been so busy lately it seems. What will you all be doing?
  A Poem for the fallen soldiers
 My garden is looking so good! Everything I planted is growing nicely, and tasting great. My girls make me peel cucumbers daily for them, and the tomatoes are so sweet and tasty. I am so glad I planted them when I did. I tried to take pictures for you all to see, but I am having trouble uploading them to my computer. I will keep working on figureing out where the software went to. My girls play on here sometimes, and I guess they deleted it somehow.
 School News
School is now over here as of last Thursday. Alyssa recieved a few awards again this year. She has passed to the 4th grade. She recieved an award for being a terriffic kid, straight A in conduct all 4 nine weeks, and a citizenship award for her class. I am so proud of her for doing such a great job. This is the earliest they have ever finished school here, but they started 2 weeks earlier if I remember right.

 April 27 Happy Friday!  Thanks for stopping by! I have been so busy with my girls, and things around the house. I haven't had much time to get on here. My garden is growing nicely, and the vegetables are tasting great. I am loving doing that. I miss you all, and hope to get to your spaces soon!
  School News
 Alyssa was honored at school on april 17th,
for being a terriffic kid. She recieved an
award, and a bag full of terrific kid stuff.
She was very excited, and so were we.

"From now on when I say BELL 1 I want you to strip naked. When I say BELL 2 I want you to jump in bed. And when I say BELL 3 we are going to make love all night. " The next night he came home from work and yelled
"BELL 1!" The wife promptly took all her clothes off.
When he yelled "BELL 2!", the wife jumped into bed.
When he yelled "BELL 3!", they began making love.
After a few minutes the wife yelled "BELL 4!" "What the hell is BELL 4?" asked the husband? "ROLL OUT MORE HOSE," she replied "YOU'RE NOWHERE NEAR THE FIRE!

  March 27 Happy Birthday to me!
 Everyone! Just an update to let you all know it's my
Birthday today! (3-27) I am on my 13th
anniversary of being 21! (34) LOL! I am
going out to have a nice dinner and then we
are going to the casino, for a little fun! I
don't get to go out often so when I get to,
I try to enjoy myself. I am looking forward
to my day out. I will be sure to update you
guys if we have any luck! =)
UPDATE: I had a blast at the casino! At first we weren't having much luck, then we started playing Jackpot Party( 2 cent )and this new one we have here called Spin to win Frenzy ( I think was a 2 cent machine also) and we won $1100.00 all together. They are starting to add a lot more of these machines, and with the bonus you can actually win a decent hand. I love playing the bunus, and I just kept picking the winners it seemed! I was so excited! We played all night long, and we had a great time. Also if you go on your birthday you get to spin a wheel to win up to 500 dollars, and I won 2 free lunch buffets. It was a fun night, and lots of stress relieved ! LOL
 My boyfriend bought me this lovely new
swing for my Birthday!
 I really wanted it to put out by my garden.
It's got the wicker sides, so it looks even
nicer than this picture shows. My flowers
will be in bloom soon, and it will be nice to
sit out on a sunny and breezy day and relax.
We been having some beautiful weather
here for a change. I have been spending a
lot of time outside. More than I usually do,
thats for sure. LOL!
 to me!I really love gardening, and my plants are
starting to grow pretty good. We could use
a few rain showers, but we only have like a
20% chance for it, 2 days this week. I am
just enjoying it while it last, before it gets
too hot to be out. It's just a little hard trying
to keep Shanna (My 4 year old) out of my
garden now that I left her help me plant it.
She thinks she can still go dig up the mud
every now and then. LOL! She's too cute!
She is proud of her flowers that are starting
to grow since she planted them.

 A BOSS WALKED INTO THE OFFICE ONE
MORNING NOT KNOWING THAT HIS ZIPPER WAS
DOWN AND HIS FLY AREA IS WIDE OPEN.
HIS SECRETARY WALKED UP TO HIM AND SAID "BOSS, THIS MORNING WHEN YOU LEFT YOUR
HOUSE, DID YOU CLOSE YOUR GARAGE DOOR?"
THIS WAS NOT A PHRASE THAT HER BOSS UNDERSTOOD, SO HE WENT INTO HIS OFFICE
LOOKING A BIT PUZZLED.
WHEN HE WAS ABOUT DONE WITH HIS PAPERWORK
HE SUDDENLY NOTICED THAT HIS ZIPPER WAS
NOT ZIPPED UP. HE ZIPPED UP AND,
REMEMBERING WHAT HIS SECRETARY HAS
TOLD HIM, FINALLY UNDERSTOOD.
THEN HE INTENTIONALLY WENT OUT TO ASK
FOR A CUP OF COFFEE. WHEN HE REACHED
HER DESK,
HE SAID "WHEN YOU SAW THE GARAGE DOOR
OPEN DID YOU SEE MY HUMMER PARKED IN THERE?"
THE SECRETARY SMILED FOR A MOMENT AND SAID --"NO BOSS, I DIDN'T...ALL I SAW WAS
A MINI-VAN WITH 2 FLAT TIRES."

  February 19 Happy Mardi Gras!  It's
 time here and we are having some beautiful weather for a change. The parades have been going on very smoothly. Not many problems at all this year. We went to the 1st parade last Friday night, and loaded up. My boyfriends boss, and coworkers were among a 650 all men crew parade to kick off the season. It had 28 floats along with bands, and Shriner cars throwing beads to the crowd to make for an awesome parade.
 They bombed us with beads! We had a lot of fun, but it was a little cold. It was 38 degrees, but we wore a few layers of clothes, along with our coats, and everything went ok.    We have 8 days of parades here between the 2 weekends until Fat Tuesday (20th). Lots of fun to be had every year for
 ! Even the Budweiser Horses participate in our parades. They are the most well taken care of horse you ever will see, and so Beautiful too. They march in perfect formation, and just amaze you with their beauty. Here's a picture I found of them for you to see.
 I took some pictures of them when they were here, but I am having trouble uploading them to the compuiter at the moment. I hope to get them up soon for you. I look forward to seeing them every year! Thanks to Budweiser for bringing them down to our town for us all to see them.
  It is also the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday! To the catholics, this means no meat on Fridays, so you eat seafood. I am a Baptist, but I still observe this with my family, since my boyfriend is Catholic. Crawfish is in season, and they are so good. We boiled some 2 times already, and we will be sure to boil more. I just love seafood, and glad to be in a city that is so easy to get fresh seafood, at reasonable prices.

January 28 Sunday Update!  Everyone, We are having a bit of rain here lately, almost everyday. I am so ready for some
 . I wanted to work in the yard today, but I was unable too. We are having freezing temps here. I am sure most of you are having cold weather also. When we are frozen down here in the South (Louisiana), you all must have snow. LOL!  I am so excited about the new Season of
 ! It should be a great competition again this year. The judges are already at each other, and we didn't even really get started yet. I know my girl Twoshay is happy, because her man  (Simon Cowell) is back on tv for her viewing pleasure. LOL! Shoutout to ya Twoshay! What up? Simon always tells it like it is, and most of the time he is absolutely right. I found this picture of the 3 judges, and thought it was funny, so here it is. LOL!

 Two women friends had gone out for a Girls Night Out, and had been decidedly over-enthusiastic on the cocktails. Incredibly drunk and walking home they suddenly realized they both needed to pee. They were very near a graveyard and one of them suggested they do their business behind a headstone or something. The first woman had nothing to wipe with so she took off her panties, used them and threw them away. Her friend however was wearing an expensive underwear set and didn't want to ruin hers, but was lucky enough to salvage a large ribbon from a wreath that was on a grave and proceeded to wipe herself with it. After finishing, they made their way home.
The next day the first woman's husband phones the other husband and said, "These damn girls nights out have got to stop. My wife came home last night without her panties." "That's nothing," said the other. "Mine came back with a sympathy card stuck between the cheeks of her butt that said, 'From all of us at the Fire Station, Well never forget you!'
